Turner Bros. offers full tubular services including inspection and additional maintenance services conducted within the controlled environment of our 52,000 square foot facility located in Edmond, Oklahoma.

ADDITIONAL TUBULAR SERVICES
In addition to inspection Turner Bros. provides additional services for your tubular goods including:-
Computer numerical controlled (CNC) Mori Seiki machine for threading
sizes 4 ½ - 9 ⅝
- Coupling bucking and reversal
- Paraffin removal from pipe ID using high temperature (250°F) high pressure
water blaster - Scale removal from pipe ID using rattling equipment
- Cleaning and varnishing of Pipe OD
PREMIUM TUBULAR SERVice PACKAGE (PTP) SERVICE
Turner Bros. LLC offers a single source, coordinated inspection service that streamlines the traditional pipe inspection process by eliminating the need for field inspection. We call it the Premium Tubular Package (PTP) Service.
The Premium Tubular Package (PTP) Service provides one-call coordination of inspection, loading, transportation and unloading, with tubulars ready to run in the well. Each step of the process is supervised by a certified Turner Bros. representative to assure your requirements are met.
The benefits of using the PTP program are:
- Saves time by streamlining coordination with inspection and delivery
- Eliminates the need for redundant visual and drift performed on location.
- Eliminates the safety exposure of crew hands climbing stacked pipe to clean the ends on location
- Eliminates the need to use cleaning solvents to remove thread pipe dope at the well hence avoiding potential environmental contamination
- Reduce the amount of traffic and equipment on location
